Estimating Capacity
Use our team for one overloaded bid cycle or as ongoing estimating support across a recurring pipeline of contractor opportunities.

Service Overview
Ongoing / Outsourced Estimating Support is designed for established GCs, subcontractors, builders and construction companies that regularly face overlapping deadlines, multiple plan sets or trade-specific estimating needs. The objective is reliable capacity, not one-off low-cost takeoffs.

Service FAQ
The service can support one busy period or an ongoing relationship. The operating model can be agreed around the client’s actual bid pipeline.
Yes. Ongoing support is specifically intended for recurring workloads and overlapping deadlines, subject to agreed capacity and project schedules.
Where practical, repeat accounts can use a consistent client-oriented worksheet, scope breakdown and review workflow.
Ongoing support can combine quantity takeoffs, labor hours, cost estimating, bid worksheets and pricing support depending on each project.
Remote Estimating Process
All estimating and quantity takeoff services are provided 100% remotely throughout the United States. We do not perform site visits.
When cost estimating is requested, we use RSMeans Data as one of our primary sources for location-specific material and labor pricing. Inputs are selected for the project’s city/state and adjusted as appropriate for specifications, trade requirements, quantities, construction type and information supplied by the client.
A quantity-only takeoff does not include cost pricing unless it is part of the agreed scope.
Depending on the agreed service and trade, deliverables may include a quantity takeoff / BOQ, material quantities, labor quantities or hours, drawing markups, trade breakdowns, inclusions and exclusions, and assumptions and clarifications. Material and labor costs are included when requested; 3D views are optional where applicable.
Missing or unclear information can be recorded as assumptions and exclusions. We confirm the scope and deliverables from the documents received before work begins.
