About Construction Estimating LLC
Estimating Support Built Around the Bid.
We help contractors turn drawings and specifications into structured quantities, estimates, labor-hour calculations and bid-ready information for projects across the United States.

What We Do
From Construction Documents to Clear Bid Information.
Construction Estimating LLC provides quantity takeoffs and construction estimating support for general contractors, subcontractors, builders, developers and construction companies.
Our work is organized around the information a contractor needs to review scope, price work and prepare a bid: measured quantities, marked-up drawings, labor hours, structured worksheets and cost information when required.
We support one-off projects as well as companies that need recurring outsourced estimating capacity for an active bid pipeline.
Experience & Leadership
Estimating Since 2014

A Practical Estimating Standard.
The deliverable should make the scope easier to understand, check and price — not add another layer of ambiguity to the bid.
Defined Scope
We establish what should be measured, estimated or priced before the work begins.
Structured Detail
Quantities and estimate information are organized by trade, item or activity for practical review.
Reviewable Outputs
BOQs, worksheets and color-coded markups give your team a clear way to verify the scope.
Repeatable Process
A consistent workflow supports both individual projects and recurring outsourced estimating needs.
Who We Support
Built for Construction Teams That Need More Estimating Capacity.
Our role can be as focused as a single trade takeoff or as broad as ongoing estimating support across a recurring bid pipeline.

More Than a Single Takeoff Service.
Quantity takeoffs and construction estimating are both core services, with additional support for labor hours, bid worksheets, local pricing, preliminary budgets and recurring estimating workloads.

Real project examples show the level of detail in our markups, BOQs, estimate worksheets and 3D verification views.
Remote Estimating Process
Documents, Pricing and Agreed Deliverables
All estimating and quantity takeoff services are provided 100% remotely throughout the United States. We do not perform site visits.
Location-Specific Cost Inputs
When cost estimating is requested, we use RSMeans Data as one of our primary sources for location-specific material and labor pricing. Inputs are selected for the project’s city/state and adjusted as appropriate for specifications, trade requirements, quantities, construction type and information supplied by the client.
A quantity-only takeoff does not include cost pricing unless it is part of the agreed scope.
