Local Document Context

The City of Las Vegas commercial submittal guide distinguishes new buildings, remodels, tenant improvements and other work. Supporting packages can include structural, soils, truss and food-service information depending on the project.

What This Means for Your Estimate

Confirm that the project is within the City of Las Vegas rather than another valley jurisdiction. For a tenant or restaurant bid, send the selected equipment and supporting service details; for new construction, include the relevant structural and site package. We recommend separating unresolved specialist designs from measured base work instead of applying one complete-building rate to an incomplete set.

Remote Estimating Process

Documents, Pricing and Agreed Deliverables

All estimating and quantity takeoff services are provided 100% remotely throughout the United States. We do not perform site visits.

Location-Specific Cost Inputs

When cost estimating is requested, we use RSMeans Data as one of our primary sources for location-specific material and labor pricing. Inputs are selected for the project’s city/state and adjusted as appropriate for specifications, trade requirements, quantities, construction type and information supplied by the client.

A quantity-only takeoff does not include cost pricing unless it is part of the agreed scope.

  • Scope of Works, specifications and relevant schedules
