Wall and ceiling quantities
Interior Systems
Interior Finish Quantities Organized by Assembly, Area and Scope.
Trade-specific drywall and ceiling takeoffs for contractors who need clean quantities for walls, partitions, ceilings and associated finish systems.

Trade Overview
Measured Scope That Is Easy to Price and Review
Interior scopes become difficult to review when wall types, ceiling conditions and finish areas are mixed together. We structure the takeoff so each major system can be priced and checked independently.
Typical Measured Scope
What We Can Break Down for Drywall & Ceilings
The exact scope follows the plans and agreed bid requirements. Typical measurable items include:
- Drywall partitions and wall areas
- Gypsum board by type where shown
- Ceiling areas and ceiling systems
- Soffits, bulkheads and specialty conditions
- Openings and measurable deductions
- Related interior finish scope notes

Location-Specific Cost Inputs
When cost estimating is requested, we use RSMeans Data as one of our primary sources for location-specific material and labor pricing. Inputs are selected for the project’s city/state and adjusted as appropriate for specifications, trade requirements, quantities, construction type and information supplied by the client.
A quantity-only takeoff does not include cost pricing unless it is part of the agreed scope.
